What should I bring to the viewing?
If available, have the vehicle registration document, service records, latest inspection report and spare key ready. The form details are enough to start the conversation.
Which photos help you assess the car?
Take daylight photos from the front, rear and both sides. Add a view of the interior and close-ups of any known damage. You can cover personal details on documents.
What if my car is damaged or cannot be driven?
Tell us about any known damage or warning lights and whether the car starts. If it cannot be driven, include its location so we can discuss the next step.
My car is still on a lease. What should I do?
